Im a newbie also.
Just learnt from my remisier that need to download form from the Bursa link (as given by Murali above) and send money (your number of shares x 25 sen) together with bank draft/moneyorder/postal order to the Share Registrar at Gamuda.
Must send by 26th Feb 2016.

Today (second day of trading) Gamuda WR volume may surge double fold compared to its first trading day last week.

So far, the first half session already 43m volume or more than 10% of its entire issue WR volume trade and exchange hand.

Today WR volume is almost 1.5x higher than its first trading volume. In total, WR over 2 days trading volume almost reach 30% of entire issue WR volume.

WR still have 4 remaining days until these friday, expect wr remain very active trade with upside bias.

Gamuda have under some selling pressure due to another alternative WR offer in the open market. Some may swap from Gamuda to gamuda wr for cheaper entry and yet remain exposure to these construction taiko. Expect Gamuda price will be normalize and stabilize at current level...awaiting for award of massive project contract...MRT2 and Penang infra work

Unlike most of the company in the market that either offer right issue (dilute EPS) or free warrant (bring nil immediate effect to underlying company)....... , Gmauda opt for better strategy, to sell warrant at 25sen, raise INSTANT capital RM 100m without incur immediate dilution to EPS.

In addition, Gmauda warrant will be immediate in the money once it listed as its conversion price is lower than underlying share.

To calculate fair intrinsic value for WR,

[(warrant price + conversion price) - underlying share price ] / underlying share price, multiplying 100 to get percentage, positive percentage indicate premium, while negative percentage indicate discount.

As Gamuda is taiko in construction sector, big capitalization and more award of infra contract to be awarded soon, then can assume Gamuda share to be stabilize and stay at about 4.40 range, and warrant conversion price already fixed at 4.05, and warrant subscription price is at 25sen, then WR should worth according to below assumption

5% premium for upcoming warrant: WR= 32sen
10% premium for upcoming warrant: WR = 54sen
15% premium for upcoming warrant: WR = 76sen
20% premium for upcoming warrant: WR = 98sen


Since market is very volatile and to be more conservative, let take mid lower range of the above premium, WR should worth about 43sen

hng33, wr closed at 30sen, this should represent a premium of 4.5% to underlying share.
yes, you may be right, some may opt to swap gamuda to wr due to this low premium provided warrant eventually can stay above 10% premium then it is worth swapping to wr for its warrant else it is not worth the effort. i certainly do hope it stay above 10% due to its freshly listing with reasonable long period.
time will tell on last day of trading of wr, see how much it adjusted.

Yes, WR will go up further and close at even higher on last day of trading. the foreign that wanted to sell would have sold, those wanted to buy cheap would have no choice but to buy higher now, those who have bought will go through the exercise in order to make more once the new warrant listed on 11th Mar.
