SIPP need to answer EC to accept the Project 4A next week. Info from insider Mal***** will not accept the SIPP offer then YTLP will be the one of the best partner so SIPP. and impossible for EC to open tender for this project, becoz they already have reference price for CCGT project.

sbb mean shares buyback. There is still nearly 5% treasury shares not distributed since distribution of 1 for 20 share dividend earlier this year.
