EPF holding is now 7.85%,dropped from peak of 11.5% in 2009...this is classical oversold counter with strong fundamental...Francis Yeoh is adding a little bit of fuel in this counter...very soon friends...watch out!

Retail investors have been buying 1.52,selling 1.52 at panic, and keep buying back at 1.52 and selling at 1.52...this happens almost everyday... Very interesting...without share buyback, some weird retail investors will continue selling lower and lower... Fundamentally YTL power is speeding up! Expect break out very soon! Buy and hold...

Haha, good way to be paranoid. This is why I am seeing retail investors buying at 1.52, selling at 1.52, then buying back at 1.52, and selling back at 1.52...1.50 is cheap enough. If drop to 1.30...also ok...because in. 3 years jump to 2.00-2.40: still very high return.

I am not here to trick retail investors into buying YTLpower. I am withholding my information on YTL power because of seeing retail investors buying and selling at 1.52...If suddenly some bid up YTL power to 1.55 then fall back to 1.52 because Francis Yeoh is blocking 1.55, then I cannot help. Technical analysis always taught speculators to chase after a share after break out, for example at 1.55...so no hurry...The less retail investors are buying YTLpower the better...because then Francis can privatize at 1.55 instead of 2.00.

now ytl and ytlpwr is both 1.65... If they annoounce share swap 1:1, ie give u 1 ytl share for 1 ytlpwr u hold, and take ytlpwr private... it will be positive news for both ytl and ytlpwr... by holding 1 Ytlpwr will mean u get YTLcorp stuff plus recently privatised YTLcement... Those holding YTLcorp will get YTLPWR injected into it... SOrta like a "buy 1 Free 1"

I'm new in this forum, I would like to think, the aggressive share buyback of YTL power is to prepare for the share distribution.

May be during the Q reporting next month. The last time, YTL power share distribution was back in year 2008 with 40:1 ratio.

What do you think ?
