Already has 2 hyperscale DC running.
2 more coming up in NCIP total land area 84 acres.

NCIP has more than one big advantages. Proximity to Singapore to tap market over there.

Right now we already know 125 acres in NCIP already has 3 major players in hyperscale DC, and across the road to Nusajaya Tech Park (by Ascendas), 2 hyperscale DC already in operation years ago.

No progress report from YTLP make investors very nervous whether it will actually take off. Not to forget in Feb this year, there was speculation YTLP will not get power supply from National Grid.

Decided to take 50% profit at 3.24 because there are many sellers at 3.25.
The % gain is only 47.3%.
Nothing compared to YTLpower gain of 263.6%.
I made million profit from YTLpower.
Nothing much to shout on Cresndo.
