(iii) by private placements

By private placements, it means the company thru the organizer,
have identified some big financial, either individual or companies who have
"faith " when they subscribe to the private placements,
the share price can run up to a reasonable value of 30% and above.

Most of the private placements,
have been successful in on different companies,
Example, private placement done by Ancom /4758
At RM 0.71 after the private placements had been done and completed,
after 2 months, the price was at RM 1.10 level.
