Do you know who is EMIR Research? Who fund them? An article was referring to Galen Centre. If it is a Sdn Bhd, there is no PN17. So in what condition you declare a sdn bhd a PN17 if we use the status PN17 to describe the financial of a sdn bhd?

Pharma in a very strong position of negotiation, i dont think suppliers will issue the legal letter when Pharma does pay although it may slower.

Pharmaceutical companies are not legally bound by the Concession, only Pharmaniaga. These multi-national companies are not into Malaysia to do charity or to help Pharmaniaga to fulfil it's legal obligations. Soon, we will know the direction Pharmaniaga be taking...

Gov tender contribute 80% revenue to some of these MNC, if they wouldn't want to supply to the Pharmaiaga whom is appointed by gov as distributor, they can close shop in Malaysia while there are many co from China and India waiting to take their chance. MOH select the suppliers and pass to Pharmaniaga to distribute therefore these pharma co can ask direct pay from gov or factoring or LC. What is the benefit if you sue your client to bankruptcy while she still paying you?

@Cipta...Please don't be emotional. Sorry to say that you don't understand what a patent means. Furthermore nobody is closing shop here. It's just your accusation. Pharmaniaga is the weakest link here. Nobody wants their sales to turn to become bad debts... Cheers

@welcome88 i m not emotion. you are. Yes, there might be patent medi, but there might not only one who supply the medi for same disease. Afterall, as you presume some MNC will take action, can you tell which co wish not continue biz with Pharma and would like to go direct to MOH on their own?

@Aversion, many AGM already conduct in hybrid. Please spare some thought to elderly and those not Techno fancy. Attending without shareholders present in the venue like watching football via TV without fans in the stadium. Even Apple major shareholders Berkshere Hathaway conduct physical AGM and warren Buffett n Munger attend to meet the shareholders face2face and answered their question. How arrogant Pharmaniaga.
