若怡保工程参与 史格米可扭转劣势

（吉隆坡3日讯）尽管资产负债表因资产脱售活动而获得改善，券商认为（Scomi，7158，工业产品组）依然需要怡保工程（IJM，3336，建筑组）的参与来扭转本身的现有困境。

史格米积极脱售旗下蒙亏的子公司，在将其油气业务注入持股42.8%的联号公司--史格米海事（ScomiMr，7045，贸易服务组）之际，意味着其内部重组计划已晋尾声。

一名分析员表示，史格米依然有必要降低本身的负债水平（现阶段达11亿令吉）。单是今年首九个月的利息开销即达4千零60万令吉。

来自于怡保工程的资金有利于史格米，因后者的资产负债表将因获得国油新工程订单而大大增强。
该分析员说：“尽管怡保工程的购股活动受到史格米部分股东的不满，史格米确实需要1亿1千万令吉来降低本身的负债水平。”

史格米上周宣布，其在截至今年9月杪的首九个月内取得4千250万令吉的净利，以及高达12亿令吉的营业额。去年同期，该公司则分别获得3千零20万令吉的净利，和11亿令吉的营业额。
在其净利方面，有1千390万令吉来自于不再持续经营的业务。

史格米在其于一年前启动的重组计划当中，将诸如西半球及尼日利亚油气业等蒙亏业务进行脱售。
券商依然对怡保工程的购股活动仍意见分歧，并认为此举需时来证明有利于各方。

兴业研究说：“尽管无人质疑怡保工程可为史格米单轨火车业务带来的土木工程及工程管理能力，双方依然未提出可在油气业务上展现强处以及联手探讨的领域范围。”
