The ministry can adopt this idea which might be a good deterrent: patient who did not declare their travel history truthfully will be slapped with the medical bills for her treatment even if in gov hospital...

DoubleProsperity, sometimes the fine is hard to tabulate, some get less, some get more, at least this ‘fine’ you can gauge how much to pay, since it’s the medical fees...

A lesson to learn. Just because transit from KLIA to Sarawak. “she was treated as a Sarawakian returning from Kuala Lumpur and not subject to quarantine.” Immigration to tighten transit control please, don't take it for granted & let guard down.

FancyMe, the person is a Sarawakian flying from Semenanjung, technically immigration only needs to see her IC. They can’t be asking everyone for passport as flying to and from Semenanjung doesn’t requires a person to hold their passport with them. They gotta come up with a different policy to avoid this from happening again.
