英国巴特西项目有望得标

位于伦敦的巴特西发电站(Battersea Power Station)的前身是一个工业区，占地42英亩。这幅地目前正分七个阶段重建为溷合用途产业项目，并已于2013年7月4日展开了第一期的工程。项目包含住宅、商店、餐馆、办公楼、公园及一个新的地铁站。

巴特西发电站发展项目是由大马企业实达(SP Setia)及森那美(Sime Darby)，联同马来西亚雇员公积金(EPF)拥有，总发展值为85亿英镑(470亿令吉)。

胜利者国际受邀竞标该项目第3A期发展的厨房工程配套。这个配套包含539个住宅单位，并定于2019年完工。一般而言，厨房装置工作会在建筑工程的尾声才开始进行。因此，若公司得标的话，这项合约将对其FY18及FY19的业绩有利。

基于公司对素质及设计方面的严格要求，以及它与森那美的良好关系，本站认为公司标得配套的机会相当高。公司的集团董事经理陈腾云在2016年4月召开的股东特别大会结束之后告诉媒体：“我们(得标)的机会很高，因为我们与森那美本已是合作伙伴，并且一直以来的服务都令他们十分满意。
