kl_guy, for your info i confirmed with broker already, the short selling 0.9% when to buy back is depends on the deal of short seller and the person who lend them the share, so it could be half year, 1 year or 10 years

yinson q-rpt normally out on 25/03 but on 29-march got EGM.
Highly quarterly report out on 29 march on EGM date.

I see, you've bought Yinson already. ESOS for employee is ok, nothing wrong, it is a reward. Maybe the employee wants it and want to subscribe to the RI too, who knows. Not happy, can always go buy dialog, a good company too.

ESOS no problem but ESOS at 3.65 is a big problem,if company really good will know that, discount a 10 % all employees rush to buy,but now is discount 25% , ESOS + right issue = didn't care about investors, somemore when the share price free falling
