Eco World Development Group will be launching two township development projects in Iskandar Malaysia in May. CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah said the projects - EcoSpring and EcoSummer located in the Tebrau corridor - would be launched concurrently. "Both projects, on a 242.8ha site with a combined GDV of RM5bn, will keep us busy for the next eight years," he said. He added that Phase 1 of EcoSpring would have 200 residential properties at an indicative selling price of RM1m onwards, while the 500 units of EcoSummer would have a price tag starting from RM650k. Yesterday, it has reached the highest closing price 4.60. It has traded below the Macd line for quite sometime and I believe it will cross the line very soon. After that it will retest the 4.8. Once 4.8 is broken, it will never turn back.

Moving to cheaper stock for the bridge opening........assuming if I buy a stock for rm 1 and you buy another stock at rm2. Obvious is u can buy two of mine ya......but with catalyst coming in, with each 10 cents of my stock is worth 20c added unless u r confident Eco can go double the stock half it's price after a second major run.......
