I apologise for the language used earlier.

To put things right, when we talk about Pe, we use eps for ttm to calculate the Pe

if you read any report of target price published by research house,
you`d find that Pe calculation use the same method as above link.
For forward pe, next 12 months forecast eps is used and sometimes fy 15 and above is used.

Anyway pe is high even for ttm for this stock because it was belong to focal. Once the land purchased by ecoworld are injected including the bidding of batu kawan land is successful, you will see the value. Even tambun price has increased a lot because of the Batu kawan land.

It's up to you if you want to sell. For me , I am waiting for good news once liew end his role soon and the earning of all the new property that they have sold like hotcakes recently.
