From the post from its Chief Operating Officer FM the link above, it seems that Mkland is planning a community centre EV vehicle Hub in Tambun Perak...So will Mkland play a role in the EV vehicle ecosystem soon? Let us wait for the future announcement... Looking at the overall counter in KLSE, all are same today. Many taking profits activities. Maybe investor take precaution step until this Thursday where BNM will tell the rate decision.

Based on my own research and including TA too.

First of all, as I mention before this, this new 'theme' which is RE (Renewable Energy) is hot right now. MKL can benefits from this as they have win the CGPP. Next, on TA perspective, it still not break MA20 and MA50 & MA200 still below MA20, where consider bullish. Price push reflect by volume buy in is good. Once it break MA20, I will cut.

Now optimism is running that if Mkland ventures into EV vehicle ecosystem, then it is another game changer for Mkland...What we hope is that Mkland manage to rope in EV battery maker to set up Factory and warehouse in Bandar Teknopolis industrial zone...I believe MK already planned to kick-start industrial development in Lembah Beriah and this could be a major catalyst to propel Mkland forward...

Industrial land too expensive in Penang now...Lembah Beriah Bagan Serai is very near to bordering south of Penang so it is ideal for multinational companies to set up manufacturing plants factories in Bandar Teknopolis Perdana industrial in the future...this is the future of Mkland!

To my guesstimate, I m sure if the HSR extension to Bangkok is a reality, it will surely pass thru Perak state all the way to Northern Perak...Mkland has 4000 acres of undeveloped land bank in Bukit Merah and Lembah Beriah, Bagan Serai...This new HSR line to Bangkok is a major catalyst to Perak state given its strategic location to the north...

Damansara Perdana will be the next major hotspot in the Golden Triangle Klang valley...Mkland should have remaining landbank of around estimate 180 acres in DP and Mkland owns the final last huge tract of landbank in that Golden triangle...just imagine how valuable it is gonna be in the future!!!

It is newbie! No doubt about it MK might not be the most undervalued by now, but it has strong balance due to its Net Cash Position...Beside Mahsing and Mkland, most property counters are in Net Debt position...It also means that MK relies 100% on Shareholder funds to fund its operation...The next catalyst is how MK gonna develop Northern Perak, Lembah Beriah...
