To all comrades here, my investment method is long term investment...of course when I encourage to buy, it is done with a long term period as I m not a trader that come in to make fast money like touch and Go...U just need to ask urself whether U are a Trader or a long term investor??? Share prices will be affected by a lot of factors be it politically or Chaos like war...It takes a long period of time for a company to grow its EPS...not few months BUT years...
If U call urself a trader that simply come in touch and GO to make a fast money, then Mkland is surely not an ideal counter for you to get rich in short term....Then U need to punt on all those daily top ten volume counters that is so risky and speculative...My holding period is 10-20 years time frame...All I mentioned about Mkland are facts or future projection that make it wise to acquire while it still invisible to the nakes eyes....Share Market is all about intelligent future prediction and projection...
From my observation, nemesis only supply news from the social media. U should use your own judgement to trade . Will all this news turn out to be facts n push the price up or down ? Will the effect to be immediate or in times to come . Small investors like us will make $ if our decision by ourself is correct .
Stock mkt is all about invisibility whether U dare to pick a particular stock before everybody does based on conviction...if news are announced and made known and visible to the naked eyes, wat makes U think U can buy it at low price???
Nemesis no need to get angry. All this while i was reading your post so enthusiastically think how you can be accessible to such good news. Either you must be doing good research for the benefit of other investors. Or maybe you have good links with the management which is important. However please do be too over confident with your target setting. We all know this is a long term or hopefully a medium term stock. Continue feeding this forum with good information but don't be over zealous in your target setting and trapping innocent investors. Market up n down is normal . Is healthy to be like this . I don’t think now we can find a stock like the previous Focal now change to ecoworld that can go up limit up for quite a number of times if any of u can remember. 😀
However U look at it, the setting up of a High Tech Industrial park in Kerian by Govt will create spillover effect to MK's remaining 4000 acres of land both in Lembah Beriah and Bukit Merah as it is located near to Bagan Serai...It is still sketchy which location will be chosen for the High Tech Park...Either Parit Buntar or Bagan Serai?
Overall it is stable to keep for long term investing as its balance sheet is strong and its business fundamental improving with more projects to be unveiled soon...
Mkland's 4000 acres of undeveloped landbank in Northern is set to be the jewel in crown for Mkland in the future now that Govt is targeting Northern Perak to be the new High Tech industrial Park complementing Kulim High Tech Park and Bayan Lepas industrial Park forming a golden triangle industrial powerhouse...Please bear in mind that Lembah Beriah is located near to Bagan Serai thus MK's plan of setting up a new Industrial Park in Bandar Teknopolis will definitely get a spillover economic boost from the industrial Zones...From there Mkland can build new township in Lembah Beriah...Reiterate BUY!

Dasan, any price weakness will only provide buying opportunities currently...Now the greatest concern is the Israel and Hamas tensions that could cause geopolitical instability...I would buy more when it falls while waiting for the storm to passover...Over the long term what really matter is the intrinsic values of the underlying company...I still maintain my target price of 1.00 over the long term for the next few years to come
Nickyeo55 in my opinion it not a good sign at all. It actually shows mkland is not drawing any interest and this could be due to the overall scenario of BSKL or other reasons which I do not know. However i sincerely hope what has been said in this group by some regular sifus regarding the future of mkland is True. Hopefully.!!
I think information given in this forum mostly from the edges n others news being published . Should be reliable but can turn out to be successful or not yet to be seen . I personally have high hope on this counter if it carry on in this direction.

Agreed with nemesis but don't jump in now itself to buy unless you have plenty of extra bullets. As it will take time for mkland shares to go up to RM0. 30 so just wait until the AGM in December then decide. Till then relax and enjoy the wet weather. Cheers.
Anything can happen in the stock market...today U might see Mkland at 0.24...next mth it could be 0.50 due to speculation or fundamental rise...But one thing is certain is that MK is heading to right direction by diversifying into Renewable energy as it will be the next booming sector...I maintain my conviction that it can easily reach 0.30 soon...

Nickyeo55 Yes it is a low target for years to come because in maybe 3 years could be above RM1. The Q i asked when is target for RM0. 30 to be achieved? Thanks and hopefully nemesis can let us know soon. If for short term then people will buy. However looking at the volume, monsoons, world situations and the impending year end holidays i believe all this will happen in the 2024. Frankly i feel sad for people who have bought at the higher bracket like RM0. 28/0.29. Meaning when we encourage people to invest we must not over confident whereby innocent people will be trapped. Having said all these i believe mkland is a good company to invest but we must have patience. So my reminder is just don't jump in just because somebody says first target us 0.38 then downgrades to 0.30. Buy if have extra bullets only and you have to wait patiently to achieve your personal targets. Let us pray and hope the impending AGM in early December brings in volume and better price movements next year. Thanks
For everyone's info i read nemesis's info in this forum very enthusiastically and i was moved to buy mkland @ RM0. 265 though at a loss now but i know I have to be patient at least by middle or end of 2025 to see prices move steadily upwards. Hopefully i don't have to wait that long. Thanks
Haha if I know the date when it is gonna shoot above 0.30, I m oledi a billionaire richer than Elon Musk...If you are a value investor, then it is wise to accumulate slowly when volume is down and never care about its price UP n DOWN in the short term...Cause the best time to buy a stock is when nobody interested in it...Warren Buffett ever quoted: "The Dumbest Reason To Buy A Stock Is When It Is Going Up"... NTA is 1.03 and trading at just 0.235 now, implies that it is deeply undervalued in relation to its assets value...The only catalyst to push MK up soon is new project announcement to enhance its future EPS that is still lagging...Bandar Teknopolis Perdana is my greatest hope for Mkland for Industrial Park development
