Nick, that is not hope, it is a reality now ...tabled in parliament that Northern Perak to be developed into High Tech industrial zone under the Budget 2024...it means that coming development is under Government full support...Just like Cyberjaya!

Now the major question is...whether that High Tech industrial park to be set up in Parit buntar or Bagan Serai???...if Bagan Serai is chosen to be the location, then this is a boon for Bandar Teknopolis Perdana as it located not far away from Bagan Serai...Lembah Beriah should get economic spillover effect from the High Tech Industrial Park proposed by PM Anwar in the Kerian district

To all comrades here, my investment method is long term investment...of course when I encourage to buy, it is done with a long term period as I m not a trader that come in to make fast money like touch and Go...U just need to ask urself whether U are a Trader or a long term investor??? Share prices will be affected by a lot of factors be it politically or Chaos like war...It takes a long period of time for a company to grow its EPS...not few months BUT years...
If U call urself a trader that simply come in touch and GO to make a fast money, then Mkland is surely not an ideal counter for you to get rich in short term....Then U need to punt on all those daily top ten volume counters that is so risky and speculative...My holding period is 10-20 years time frame...All I mentioned about Mkland are facts or future projection that make it wise to acquire while it still invisible to the nakes eyes....Share Market is all about intelligent future prediction and projection...
From my observation, nemesis only supply news from the social media. U should use your own judgement to trade . Will all this news turn out to be facts n push the price up or down ? Will the effect to be immediate or in times to come . Small investors like us will make $ if our decision by ourself is correct .
Stock mkt is all about invisibility whether U dare to pick a particular stock before everybody does based on conviction...if news are announced and made known and visible to the naked eyes, wat makes U think U can buy it at low price???
Nemesis no need to get angry. All this while i was reading your post so enthusiastically think how you can be accessible to such good news. Either you must be doing good research for the benefit of other investors. Or maybe you have good links with the management which is important. However please do be too over confident with your target setting. We all know this is a long term or hopefully a medium term stock. Continue feeding this forum with good information but don't be over zealous in your target setting and trapping innocent investors. Market up n down is normal . Is healthy to be like this . I don’t think now we can find a stock like the previous Focal now change to ecoworld that can go up limit up for quite a number of times if any of u can remember. 😀
However U look at it, the setting up of a High Tech Industrial park in Kerian by Govt will create spillover effect to MK's remaining 4000 acres of land both in Lembah Beriah and Bukit Merah as it is located near to Bagan Serai...It is still sketchy which location will be chosen for the High Tech Park...Either Parit Buntar or Bagan Serai?
Overall it is stable to keep for long term investing as its balance sheet is strong and its business fundamental improving with more projects to be unveiled soon...
Mkland's 4000 acres of undeveloped landbank in Northern is set to be the jewel in crown for Mkland in the future now that Govt is targeting Northern Perak to be the new High Tech industrial Park complementing Kulim High Tech Park and Bayan Lepas industrial Park forming a golden triangle industrial powerhouse...Please bear in mind that Lembah Beriah is located near to Bagan Serai thus MK's plan of setting up a new Industrial Park in Bandar Teknopolis will definitely get a spillover economic boost from the industrial Zones...From there Mkland can build new township in Lembah Beriah...Reiterate BUY!

Dasan, any price weakness will only provide buying opportunities currently...Now the greatest concern is the Israel and Hamas tensions that could cause geopolitical instability...I would buy more when it falls while waiting for the storm to passover...Over the long term what really matter is the intrinsic values of the underlying company...I still maintain my target price of 1.00 over the long term for the next few years to come
