Nemesis can someone who is free here to do an estimation on the current value of Mkland land bank n other properties. Who knows the result is frightening.
Nick, to my guesstimate, the value of MK's total undeveloped landbank of 4800 acres should worth more than 5 bil...in its balance sheet land held for development is declared as 800 mil which is not revalued for a very long time...So it is a massive appreciation in land value to the present day...
So its Revised Net Asset Value per share should sit somewhere around 2.50-3.00 versus its share price of just 0.26 currently tat represent only 10% of its real accounting land value...
