cnergen on the other hand has little cash but high receivables (iou) in balance sheet

if not careful cnergen can end up like jaks when IOUs turned into bad debts

Tsh still earn a decent Rm57 million in profit

actually more if you look into balance sheet it has used over Rm200 millions to pare down loans plus Nav is up

I never thought of Calvin as a deliberate crook; somewhat of a narcissist and inveterate, yes, but not a con artist. But perhaps this unkind view is another possible explanation for his inexplicable activities. He takes all the flak thrown at him and come back for more. How come? Normal people won't.

if we annualised Rm57 mil one qtr into 4 qtrs

it will be

Rm57 millions x 4
= Rm228 millions profit annually

about 16.6 sen profit

but will be even higher as bulugan land sale alone will contribute a total of 31 sen in profit

think of how Tsh made Inno from zero dividend in early years to became a high dividend paying co

So the time has come for Tsh to unlock value for share holders by giving out higher dividends from next year

Downtrend for the past 4 months continuously. Whatever Calvin said and shout only for syiok sendiri. Just accept the losses and move on. TSH is a gone case. CPO wont be up to 8000 anymore and wont even beat 5000. Why still so gungho about TSH? Even with CPO up to 8000 in Q2 2022, TSH only can make 57 millions and that include the profit from land sale. Without land sale, TSH only made around 26 millions ++ profit. Come next 2 quarters, only land sales can make TSH profit looks promising but what happened after that? 20mil - 30 mil profit per quarter for the rest of 2023 and a yearly dividend of 0.03 sen. It's just mediocre performance and wont command a high valuation for TSH. At most with EPS 9 x 13 PE = RM1.17. Give it a premium of 20% would yield RM1.40.

Not forgetting operators bungkus this TSH as well but it still align with my TP of RM1.40. Operator would bungkus it to below 1.20 until Oct and then allow it to move to 1.30++ in Nov and 1.50++ in Dec.
