palm oil co all have assets which are appreciating in value

a good example is simeplant which sold it's lands in Selangor for Rm643 mil an acre while it's book value only Rm12k per acre

For Tsh it's profits from Kalimantan land sold will be Rm465 mil or 32 sen

now already 2/3 competed and early report of profit will be 20 sen as early as Nov 2022 results

Tsh when it reports this 20 sen profit will see interest from Mr Market

After completion of Kalimantan land sold Tsh will be quite debt free and cash rich

then it can follow inno (Tsh associate ) to give good dividends

Tsh will use Rm550 million from land sold to pare down debt plus Rm50 millions to do replanting and new planting

another Rm57 millions will be used to ungrade infrarstructure to increase access and will add value

All these actions are value creating for shareholders

Above and overall Tsh will be turning into a highly defensive debt free co with good income streams

and these are ongoing

1. Income of profits from Refinery 50/50 jv with Wilmar in Sabah

2. highest dividends from its Associate Innoplant which Tsh owns 105 million Inno shares

Also it's prime land banks of 94700 acres in Kutai/Nusantara now experiencing property boom time

See Research, everyone entitled to his own opinion, dont have to blame and shoot others. Calvin has done lots of good things to inform investors about TSH potential. Only time will tell, but obviously land prices will go up as time goes by. Moreover, with Director buying non stop, slowly and surely the price will go up. Furthermore, it has good fundamentals too in terms of Eps, and CPO prices is well above the cost of production of around 2k/ ton. I believe TSH will have good prospects and potential in the future as its debts will be pared down from land sales profits.

Innoplant 52 week low was Rm1.08 and now Rm1.44 plus Inno gave 19 sen dividend which means it's total value is Rm1.63 or still up by 50% from its lows

for Tech and gloves they all crashed by 60% to 80%

so who is the naysayer who talked without facts and figures
