Do note for the quarter result for Oct-Dec 2021, most probably the average selling CPO price was around rm4000 per metric tonne as TSH needs time to adjust the selling price due to hedging and contractual terms. Hence TSH yet to reflect the CPO price of above rm5000. Do expect TSH to report higher profit in Q1 and Q2 2022 and mostly Q3 too even if CPO price starts to normalize by then.

300-500% is when TSH reached 3.30-5.50. that is historical peak in TSH history. Anything above rm2.40 already broke TSH price record.

IB analysts always say high cpo price may not be sustainable, the more they predict it ,the more cpo price trend higher until to a point where IB may say sustainable, that is the time cpo price may trend down.Contrarian.
