Why I worry? I still have 13k plus Gamuda, Gadang(picked up today costing 73.5c=), IJM, Huaan, Eastlnd, BPuri, Alcom, WTK, TunePro, MMCCorp, MRCB, UEMS, K1 ,MahSing, Masteel, Malton,GKent...all bought cheaply after the market plunged post -GE '14 =)))

In the meantime and with reference to the previous announcement dated 8th July 2015, proceedings to ratify and thereafter to enforce the Arbitral Award issued in favour of WCTB on 8 July 2015 remain ongoing.

U see all that 3000 shares at each step of the ladder to buy at more than $1.25 is just someone trying to con u. Same with warrants , they queue at 25 cents and below at 10 thousand shares at each step of the ladder is another tactic to con u. Tehy fill each step of the ladder until u cannot see the actual price the con person is paying. So, my advice to all is to buy after all is settled in.

MATERIAL LITIGATION WCT HOLDINGS BERHAD ("WCT" OR "THE COMPANY") UPDATES ON THE NAD AL SHEBA DUBAI RACECOURSE CONTRACT DISPUTE

Reference is made to the previous announcements dated 27th June 2012 and 27th March 2013 pertaining to the Dubai Court Commercial Action No. 1066/2012 (“Civil Suit”) initiated by Meydan claiming jointly against WCT Berhad (Dubai Branch) (“WCTB”) and Arabtec Construction LLC (“Arabtec”), a sum of AED3.5 billion.

The Board of Directors of WCT wishes to announce that it has been informed by WCTB’s appointed lawyers in Dubai that the Dubai Civil Court of Cassation (“COC”) has on 22 July 2018 dismissed Meydan’s appeal in respect of the earlier Court of First Instance and Court of Appeal’s dismissals / rejections of Meydan’s Civil Suit. The Board has further been advised that the COC is the highest civil appeal court in Dubai and the Civil Suit is therefore now concluded.

In the meantime and with reference to the previous announcement dated 8th July 2015, proceedings to ratify and thereafter to enforce the Arbitral Award issued in favour of WCTB on 8 July 2015 remain ongoing.

This announcement is dated 24 July 2018.

Kenanga Research - WCT announced that they have received a letter of intent for the award of construction works on a proposed commercial development in Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) for RM555.0m. Neutral on the potential win. No changes to FY18-19E earnings. Maintain OUTPERFORM with an unchanged Target Price of RM1.35.

The legal case win of RM1.2b is just a bonus to the stock. Most of the analyst don't take into this valution. The up trend market, there is so many ppl waiting to buy on weakness. I will see this stock will slowly moving up for coming good news.. Re rating soon..
