Can someone explain why buy wb? exercise price is RM2? May be they are predicting the future price will be much higher, but wb don't get dividend, nor entitle to rights issue...etc.

Compared to WB, I prefer WA as the value is on par with mother share, no premium or discount. Don't forget the expire date is on 2018, still 3 years to go.

Dear all
With the current prices of INARI WA, WB and mother share:
Inari WA 2.75
Inari WB 1.49
Inari mother share 3.08
Is it better me to sell off WB to buy some WA for conversion to mother share?
(Paying 2.75-1.49+ 0.33 = 1.59 to purchase each unit of mother share instead of conversion from WB to mother share which costs me RM2 each unit)?
Or do I miss out something very important?

For WA, the conversion price is 0.33. 2.75 + 0.33 = 3.08.
For WB, the conversion price is 2. 1.49 + 2 = 3.49.
Current Inari price is 3.08.
So WA has no premium or discount but for WB, it has premium (3.49-3.08)/3.08 *100% = 13.3%.
Of course the gearing for WB is higher (3.08/1.49 = 2.067) compared with WA (3.08/2.75 = 1.12).
Therefore the risk is higher for WB.
But for growth stock like Inari, the risk will be paid off.
For conservative investor, WA is a good choice.
For risk taker, WB might be better option.
It is just for your consideration.

But let said I sold off the free WB issued to me and then purchased the WA from the money I have made. Ultimately, I exercise these WAs to mother share.....Is it more beneficial? Just my humble idea...
Rationale
Inari WA 2.75
Inari WB 1.49
Inari mother share 3.08
Convert WB to mother share= 2.00
Sell off WB, Buy WA and convert to mother share= 2.75-1.49+0.33= 1.59

It is hard to say the rise is about the same as WB is traded with premium 13%. I would say WA will rise same or more with mother share, but WB will rise same or less with mother share as the premium will be reduced from time to time.

I think the most important thing is next quarter EPS. This quarter will add 150 testers from 422 testers. That means 35% increase in RF production. Also, the currency exchange rate is 3.27 for last quarter. For this quarter, it would be around 3.55, that means 8.6% increase.
Therefore for this quarter on May 2015, it would be another record profit. I would see Inari will break through 3.50 soon, may be by end of this month.
