when is the rights opening and closing date. ? I don't understand why they give dividend and then raise money again from those to whom it gave dividend. It like giving with one hand and taking it with the other. They will dilute the equity also which is not good.

2) free warrant 250 (125x2.00)
3) rights share 187.5 (125x1.50)
4) 1125 (every 1000 shares add 125 rights share entitled)

Yes, you can get the free warrant. RM2.00 is the exercise price, not the warrant price.
