That is Bursa company announcement. Bursa Market Place is wholly owned by Bursa Malaysia.

Velesto I think announced. Why SAP didnt... and why SAP didnt refute the press release by Bursa? Been 2 weeks now. If really mistake, would have been corrected in days.

Sapura Energy at 4 cent is only a fraction of its peak price of rm4.8, after losing almost 99% of it's value. Even fr the right shares subscribe at rm0.30, at the current price of 4 cent, 87% value has gone into the drain. But why the volume of sell que at 4 cent is so big, always about rm1 million sell que. How many of this so call queing at 4 cent to sell are genuine sellers? Do u want to sell at 4 cent after losing so much. The previous CEO bought 20 million at 20 cent level, the current CEO n it's director also bought at 10 cent. Now they could be buying quietly using friendly party names. So that they don't need to disclose on their transactions.

The current trend of the market is pushing down the share prices to very low level for a prolong period of time, killing the stubborn buyers that came to buy their shares when the big boy is pushing down to accumulate. Then one news will spark a big spike of share price. Like what we see on the hartalega n top glove today. Even the morning the share price were depressed, and after Harta made the announcement on its financial, operating profit if the impairment is taken out, suddenly the big quantum of spike of it's share price. Sapura will be following this soon. For Sapura, political factor is a big big factor.

It seems both sides of the argument here suffer from confirmation bias. They will only accept information that confirms their belief to be true, and those that go against their belief to be false. The claim that PNB has sold its shares is quite interesting. If it is true, who bought them? 5 billion shares cannot just disappear.

By relying on news articles that have a disclaimer attached, they are indirectly accusing PNB of it's failure to uphold it's corporate governance. These's no notification from PNB on ceasing a substantial shareholder of Sapura because it never existed. Period

I have place abit at Sapura. I can sell anytimeas my holding cost is rather low. However if i sell i will want to understand clearly the actual status.
If you notice carefully. PNB is the one driving the share price all the way down. E.g, they could post the impairment later and cut lost straight. Why now ? Is just doesn't make sense for them to sell now.

I doubt the morning star information is correct. The ownership also so wrong already. Both of the ownership for Velesto and Sapura also don't have the ASN or PNB as major shareholder. On top of that the derivation of remaining share was after the disposed amount. Anyway let me check further.

I disagree when you say PNB is no good. See how Velesto turn from 8cent to 26cent. Maybank and many, just go check. Also disagree when you say the share will turn 0after restructuring, it can reduce the capital. This is the downside. However how it will change will depends on how Anuar tail and his team close the deal. As for the restructuring scheme proposed, I don't see any dilution to the capital. Just consolidation which will slow down high low percentage lost and gain. That Is one reason I reduce my stake here.
