Ha...Probably lack of corporate activists in Bursa...that why private or prefered shareholders have special right n dividend. Somehow public sentiments on such company will be unconvicted...Database management margins aren't good...very, very competitive...Looking at overall Return on Equity n rate of return just below average. Well sometimes it is very hard to judge Mr. Market or the crowds reactions...At present market scenarios...But for unstable market sentiments the odds are different...GL.

You seem to be looking at the wrong direction. The company's move to acquire sandz solution shows that they intend to focus on the business that generates more margin, EDM managed service.

This quarter the segment achieved record high revenue and profit, an increase of 76% and 89% both revenue and operating margin QoQ.

Go to their homepage and take a look. The service they offer are lucrative enough to attract the likes of Ayala group and jolibee.

If they are able to maintain the margins in the IT segment at current level and further grow its service segment, which i am very positive that they can in view of the current 5G trend, then a re-rate of PE is imminent.

Hahaha...Sandz is still very small to rival those big players...Well data management still very, very huge in terms of economies of scale...Especially now n in future IR5.0, AI, 4G,...! All companies will be into digital technology, So the market value will grow bigger...What I don't really think is the management isn't transparent enough. Probably i am wrong...We shall see...the important is capital appreciation...GL.

Yes, i agree the management is not transparent enough, maybe money goes into someone's pocket? But as long as the results i see is reasonable, i am okay with them pocketing some money.

I dont really care if sandz is big or small, if they show competency in securing customers, then they are in position to grow.

I choose to grow with them.

Mr. Market quotes is sometimes not justifiable...Looking at future growth prospect plus management efficiency minus some private interests...justifiable PE...as many people are so accustomed to is around 16x~22x approximate market valuation...there are No exact valuation because of many variables like WACC n interest rates changes. Ha...Value Investors don't anyhow cut loss just because of some mispriced...Mr. Market is very, very emotional, sometimes he is happy and enthusiastic n sometimes sad n pessimistic...So for value investors we only look out for some mispriced of growth in book value n FCF equity. If there are no growth in Sales, FCF, NTA, etc...even you bought at PE mutiple of 5x also can become value trapped. Unless company with long n stable n sustainable historical earnings with good cash flow n paying decent dividend...then you analyse its average dividend discount model to determine what your owner's earnings n rate of return going forward. For KRONO...it's value growth investing...TQ.

Hehe...40/50% earnings growth is good only for less than 3 years...be street smart...if more then ten years probably less than 20/25%. Net margins need improving to be more efficient to have higher assets turnover plus debt lowering for better equity multiplier. Overall the ROE must be above average 12% for at least 5 years. Then only you see the cash flow n earnings growth be be in sync. Plus book value growth or retained earnings growth must be balanced with organic sales n earnings growth. Then in the long run Mr. Market probably will value it higher...we shall see at the end of terminal growth what's it's average PE...!!!
