OWG - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

ONLY WORLD GROUP HOLDINGS BERHAD

PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF 37,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.50 EACH IN OWG ("SHARE(S)") ("BONUS SHARE(S)") TO BE CREDITED AS FULLY PAID-UP, ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY FIVE (5) EXISTING SHARES HELD ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE ("PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE").

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 13 Jan 2016
2) The last date of lodgment : 15 Jan 2016
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
a) Selling Broker to deduct <1/6>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
b) Buying Broker to deduct <16.66%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/6>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1:- "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 18 January 2016 with Bonus issue of OWG shares of RM0.50 each, any shareholder who is entitled to receive OWG Bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his OWG shares arising from the Bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (13 January 2016).

For example, if Mr X purchases 500 OWG shares on cum basis on 12 January 2016, Mr X should receive 500 shares on 15 January 2016. As a result of the Bonus issue, a total of 600 OWG shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 15 January 2016 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the Bonus issue shares of 600 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 13 January 2016 onwards.

Remarks 2:- In accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on 18 January 2016, being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date. The Share Registrar of OWG will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of OWG latest on 22 January 2016, being four (4) market days after the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

Aiyoo! Crash to RM2.97 already. This counter really tricky. On paper, it is really a high growth counter with Komtar and Genting but in real trading it is down trend.

The coming 2nd quarter report end of next month should be seasonal good. Really can't imagine it will ex-bonus at what price. Dow Jones future now -408 after China down more than 7%.

this is a long term investment and no hurry to buy. buy monthly when drop, just like FD saving to bank, but return far better than FD.

Dear Johnny Cash (or anyone), the two consecutive days of fierce selling really have chased away many contra and weak holder traders. But for long term holders, we also don't feel nice. Can you estimate the support price. I was thinking it will ex at RM3.00 giving an after ex-price of RM2.50 and there after it will accelerate to RM3.50 by April with the official opening of Komtar theme park.
