last time got 1 fellow hiding in sabah say his telegram got people works as staff in serba. That is why he bought TONS of sebak all the way down to 30 sen. Then sold everything off at 30.5 sen.

PearlBlack already said cannot pay because SC has 'seized all documents in all areas', inclusive of employment contracts.

Since employment contracts have been seized, Serba will not be able to pay salaries.

Serba will tell all employees to blame SC.

In addition, there is no document that is titled 'pay workers' salaries for November 2021'.

1. If the report is half baked, Panic Investors will sell and consequently drives the price down..

2. If the report is fully baked, Many Investors will buy and consequently push the price up..

If you are sitting in Karim seat, what would you do?

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, SDHB said in the light of the approved standards on accounting and auditing, the company is of the opinion that the auditor should be given adequate time to perform their statutory obligations without interference and time constraints to ensure audit works can be conducted effectively and sufficiently.

What Serba needs is time so Mabel is willing to wait. No issues as Mabel is looking at Scenario 2.

As investors we can accept when a company make loses . Because that biz. But to intentionally trying to trap , cheat , lie and con by saying in oct that the AR is ready but SB has the option to extend to Nov that is deliberately lying to the highest order . And then just before suspension he tried to trap more until the very last minute by buying a mere rm 350k SB shares hence creating an impression that he is supporting. This is a blantant con job to the highest level to trap more. I say bring Karim and his goons to Justice.

I pity SD employees..original 5 directors already jumped..now both shop lot chairman and director also abandon ship..they can jump around because they got other directorship or income / biz to rely on.. but for employee they still don't know their fate and in the dark on the status of their company..but one thing for sure SD cash depleting fast.
