Problem is for the self preservation of the BOD, SIR is blocked.

So.. to those holders, time to demand for action.

He claimed that several parties including some key individuals during the time of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) government then were involved and was leaving it to the authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into these matters.

"Most Malaysians were shocked with the confirmation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission last week that a balance of RM65 million of funds reportedly linked to [fugitve businessman Low Taek Jho or] Jho Low and 1MDB in bank accounts linked to the immediate family of a former central bank BNM governor was returned to Malaysia by the Singapore authorities,” he told reporters after lodging the report at the Dang Wangi police station here.

He further claimed that former Attorney-General Tan Sri Tommy Thomas' revelation two days ago that the latter was aware of such transactions during his time in office, as well as the answer in Parliament last Monday by de facto Law Minister Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar that the police had known about this since at least 2019 under the previous PH government left him disappointed.

Najib said such information is material to his defence in the court in the SRC and 1MDB cases.

（吉隆坡25日讯）Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd二度申请延迟发布截至2021年6月30日止财政年的年度报告，但遭大马交易所拒绝。

根据报备，这家油气公司表示，已于11月23日再次要求延迟至12月31日，这是由于外部审计师变动和国内外行动限制令的影响，导致无法按时敲定纳入年报的经审核财务报表。

“基于会计和审计准则，本公司认为应给予审计师充裕的时间，在不受干扰及时间限制的情况下，履行其法定职责，确保审计师能够有效和充分地进行审计工作。”

然而，马交所在翌日拒绝了该集团的申请。

Serba Dinamik表示，将就马交所拒绝其申请提出上诉，并将适时作出进一步公告。

马交所于10月25日批准Serba Dinamik延至11月30日发布年报。

须注意的是，Serba Dinamik将财年从2020年12月31日止更改为2021年6月30日止。

另外，由于无法提供由安永进行的特别独立审查结果，Serba Dinamik自10月22日暂停交易，最后报价为35仙，市值13亿令吉。
