SD has confirmed to have defaulted one bond after another by itself

SD has acknowledged to have triggered PN17 by itself

Very soon,SD is expected to confirm its inability to submit AR by the end of this year.

Creditors are purportedly reported to have commenced winding up petitions against SD.Hence ,liquidation is imminent.

Bursa should lift the suspension immediately. The suspension doesn’t help retail investors at all. The company still have a control over bank account and can loot out the money while the investors is stuck because of the suspension. This is ridiculous. Come on bursa. You are killing us!

Dont blame bursa for the suspension, it was Karim that sold warrants after they got briefed by EY on the SIR and refuses to release it. Bursa is following the law. Why serba refuses to release the SIR?

Because Serba refuses to release the SIR. The law says companies with material information must immediately disclose it to the public. This is to protect investors from investing in any company.

The suspension is not to protect existing investor, it is to prevent new investor from investing into a company without the necessary information.

Therefore Bursa has a duty to perform. If not, they will get sued for not performing their duty.

Innocent until proven guilty?

SD 's resort to legal recourse is just a desperate move to show that they are " innocent until proven guilty"

But In actual fact,SD's Cross defaults already show that they are guilty. What a show!

They blame the non-payment of bonds on their non-recoverability of receivables but in actual fact, the majority of the receivables are fake. Recovery is almost impossible unless of course Dr.k pays on behalf of receivables.........not in a million years......

Actually,SC has been very kind to SD .SC is still giving chance to SD to submit the AR with disclosure of material facts in SIR ,then every thing will be normalised.

Investors can freely trade according to their risk attitude...be it risk averse or risk taker.

Risk taker can continue to average while risk averse can continue to exit in the spirit of free market like you guys say " your money ,your choice, you decide ". You have the choice to go to heaven or hell....its up to you.

Whether a stock is consider high risk or not is not base on speculation. This result of report is not out yet. Although there are confirm default bond coupon payment, it is not a nail to the confirm. After all the covid bill do some sort of protection at the meantime.

There are a lot of project delay in Malaysia due to covid last year. Government cannot imposed LAD or Terminate them due to this bill. I don't know this bill will extend or not. Shortage of workers, stringent SOP, high inflation price and world wide supply chain shortage had cause the delay and loss. Government may need to relook into this as it affect all projects. There are a lot of bumi contractor affected too.
