Bankers are not auditors , they analyze how to lending $ based on the data and A/C, only auditors can find out the true and false. Malaysia audit firms are up to the international standard ...

Yes, false accounting is everywhere but when you are an investor, you must beware. China-based companies in Bursa are prime examples, where that can even create false audited cash at banks. Based on sky-high NTA due to apparent swollen bank accounts, people got conned to buy the share at a cheap price. Thereafter the factory started to burn and directors were nowhere to be seen. Many local sardines got burned due to greed relying on attractive audited accounts-cash flows represented by cash at banks thought they were a safe bet. Go Check China Stationery Ltd.

With this move, Serba Dinamik is now officially under the wings of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS). Chairman Kadir is a member of PBB. PBB is a component party of GPS (PBB /GPS is under the leadership of Sarawak Minister Openg).

It is to prevent the take over from 2 parties (aka KL buyers) who are in the federal government, from abusing the Capital Market regulations.

The shareholders will fight tooth and nail to prevent the abuse of regulatory action to force Serba Dinamik to surrender to accept a white knight.

As for minority shareholders, your investments will not be written off under whatever outcome (being taken over or not). Your investments will return to is former value.

All will be revealed when duly permissible.

Agree @alenac & @superrr.

Bankers depend alot on proper audited accounts & management accounts/unaudited quarterly results for their evaluations.

Should there be any fraudulent transactions, the auditors are there for a purpose ie to randomly sample some transactions for verification & checking purposes in accordance to Global accounting standards. This is why Bursa & SC have strict regulations on such basic requirement.

Yes, bankers, auditors, serba etc all expected to be professional & have integrity… Would be naive & painful losses to think so like Pru. Please explain why some bankers, or Ceo or auditors caught & go to jail?

Bondholders are in no hurry to pull the trigger just yet and are even hopeful to collect more coupon repayments. The name of the game is the longer and later the default, the better the coverage from CDS swaps.....
