The whole suing thing is just to delay and cover up all the crimes. Instead of saying it is fraud, serba will say because of KPMG they went kaput, when we all know it was because of creative accounting.

Never seen such a company before, not even in USA. when an auditor found a company to cook their books, usually the company will keep quiet, but this serba did the unthinkable.

just ask youself, why they refuses to make the SIR public? Remember how they said the SIR is not completed? But we all now know it is completed as Bursa filed a court case, thus proven Serba lied.

Remember how serba said they will pay their bond? they lied again.

Serba has been lying and yet still got people believe in their lies.
