Waiting taxpayer money to bail out but there are so many bumi oil and gas industry player in Malaysia.. If really want to help early will do it already no need to wait until only US 7million bond interest also cannot pay..

The regulator assures the investing public that it has made progress on its investigation and additional resources have been added to the team to ensure the investigation is completed in a timely manner.

As the capital market regulator, the SC stressed that it is empowered under securities laws to investigate and enforce any transgression or potential transgression of securities laws, SC guidelines and rules of the stock exchange.

“The SC will evaluate all available evidence and take any appropriate action as is deemed necessary. As investigation is ongoing, the SC is not able to comment further on this,” said the SC in an email reply to The Edge.’

What good news do you expect from SD?.

SD has confirmed to have defaulted the bonds
SD has acknowledged to have triggered PN17

Very soon,SD is expected to confirm its inability to submit AR by the end of this year.

some creditors are purportedly reported to have commenced winding up petitions against SD....

In view of the above events ,what good news do you expect from SD?

Risk averse vs risk taking

Whether you are an Investor or a Trader,they have one thing in common ,maximisation of returns and minimisation of risks.

In general,most sensible investors and traders are risk averse which means they avoid high-risk stocks or investments and are prepared to forego higher rates of return.

LadyMeow has claimed that she and her gangs are truly "investors" contrary to " traders"

However, given the fact that SD is now perceived as the high risk investment following series of negative events,their persistent denial and defence of SD is clearly demonstration of their risk taking attitudes. They are a bunch of "high risk taking investors " not " investors" .

They may refute with the phrase of "high risk,high return"...well..Good luck to them.

Yeah, that'll work, "having first hand info". So, can share your first hand info on SD? How will it work out...ctnr suspension lifting? Coupons payment cheque in the mail? SC will release without fines and delisting? Shake hands with KPMG and EY? All just a mis-understanding, no crime committed. Everyone has a happy ending to this ordeal?

Sapura also got the backing of the gov but still struggle. The only difference is sapura did not cook their books, airasia also, they accepted reality. But when a company cook their books, it means pn17 and delist… nobody will lend them money… nobody

karim`s oil&gas, construction business is not profitable,......just compare to oil&gas peers like dayang and sapnrg ,............he has to cook the book , ...........so that serba making few hundred million per year,..........serba can borrow billions ringgit from banks,..............share price go up to few ringgit,..........he look super wealthy,.........at the end ,he is cheating everybody, cheating himself,......but we don`t know he has siphon some money out from serba,........we know he sold shares at average 80 cent per share.

Bob, you dont understand is it? Sapura and AA still can get funding eventhough they lose money is because they are honest and did not cook their books.

Serba is in deep shit because serba cooked the book. No banker and investor will loan money or buy their bonds, this means they will go bankrupt soon and delist.

Honesty is very important.

Serba lied and cheated bond holder and banks.

PN17 coming. Blame those that encouraged you to average down and blame karim for lying.
