I can foresee that everything will be blamed on Hafiz, although it still doesn't make much sense on why did he have the balls to do so and most importantly, what did he gain from creating fictitious sales? It's too big of a risk for a person of his position to be doing such a thing all on his own.

If I have to hazard a guess, I'd say Hafiz was pressured to do so by someone of higher authority who has everything to gain for from fictitious sales figures, but I'll wait for the court's verdict. In the meantime, I can still gain profit elsewhere as I don't have my money stuck in this chaotic mess because for me, once the auditor raises a red flag, I'll never touch that counter until the issue is resolved.

Dilute Chef and associates shareholdings terminate them and appoint an experience O & G CEO and new management team. All these take a lot of effort but who is going to provide further working capital as the O&G business is capital intensive?
