if gov want to save may need to closed few school as well, since it can't self funding after the charge and delisting, gov need to fork out to pay billion for debt, supplier and following expenses for at least 2 years. may need to close some police station and raise debt ceiling to 70% in 2023

that will depend on whether bondholders will declare an EOD soon.
other creditors are unlikely to achieve this insolvency event in that timeframe required.

will also depend whether AGC gives approval to SSM to prosecute.

since AGC already gave SC approval to prosecute, its quite likely SSM will charge.

My personal opinion without any evidence is that SSM is very trigger happy and will prosecute with glee.

IF SC managed to show conclusive proofs that Serba did falsify as alleged in the charges, Then Next Big Question is Where did the Bank loans & Bonds Proceeds go to?

Who would then investigate Serbak’s Ceo & management on where the money from bonds & bank loans went to? Or impossible to investigate?
