SD does stand a chance because EY Consulting Sdn Bhd is not a Audit Company although Ernst & Young PLT is a auditor.
Even if SD lose from round 1 to round 4, that would take at least 1 year.
Meanwhile all Karim got to do is get the share price of SCIB or KPower to recover to some extent. With better market sentiment this year, that is likely to happen.

dear investors, the ffu will have negative impact on serba future therefore withold. there are many things unable to verify due to pandemic like assets, inventories, etc. be patient. just like kpower and scib stocks are recovering. be hopeful serba will sail again. do understand E&Y is not appointed by us but alliance with bursa & kpmg directives. so E&Y findings are null & void and a conspiracy among them.
