Most of the SD holders are gamble investors.. They already undestand SD current situation but didnt expect the suspension so early.. Big volume buy low sell high.. But once SD suspended their profit and capital habis hancur keep blaming here and there..

As expected, SD will come out a worst QR (by manipulating accounting purposes), ,just to avoid public retailers and external funders to buy in this stock.,and also encourage shorties to keep shorting (fallen into trap).

Now NTA is 0.71, compared to previous 0.80. (don't forget the originally is 1.04, as Nexia as auditor not yet confirmed and verified the overseas inventories etc, so temporarily remained as 0.80,and minus off this quarter "so called losses",then left now 0.71.

Actually they can manipulate the accounts by carrying forward the company expenses etc, impairment,then it will lead to this quarter losses.

Only this who are wised enough will understand..

Read the report la, the revenue for this quarter is only 177m? While for previous quarterssss all 1bil except last quarter 799mil. But last quarter 799Mil only have 42mil losses, now revenue is 177m, but losses is 290mil. Obviously,it's manipulation of accounting purposes la.

Anyway, the sales can be Brought forward later for next quarters.

Again, they also can avoid paying the prosperous taxes this year by giving losses.

TBH, SC has not even vetted thru all the docs they seized and went ahead to charge CEO Karim with nothing.

Now, cant even get it all organised on time for its own court case.

Very sloppy work.

Dont end up like Bursa Malaysia, getting bitten by ownself until SD suspended indefinately.

Furthermore, now they are scraping the barrel for more evidences by asking public to send in their own superb google satellite images and substandard investigate conclusions.

How desparate to concoct something when all along there was nothing against SD.

Why you so salivating to buy SD shares? Then contact shareholders and just do OTC Bursa transfer la if so desparate.

Revenue dropped from RM 1.815 bil to just RM 177 mil (90% dropped ) Y on Y (compare end 2020 quarter) - Amazing and he still tell everyone business as usual, this could be the usual revenue figure.
Could be heavily cooked and inflated revenue previously and revenue from Middle east shrink so fast....

SIBU, Feb 28 — There are no major corruption cases happening in Sarawak, said Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s (MACC) Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki.

“Sarawak should be proud because it is not the state with the highest corruption issue in Malaysia. The trend is not rising. It is stable and so far, from our record, there are no big (corruption) cases happening in Sarawak.

“The cases are usually quite generic,” Azam said, when asked to elaborate on a point during his sharing on ‘Integriti, Tadbir Urus dan AntiRasuah: Cabaran dan Masa Hadapan’, prior to the ‘Majlis Amanat Perdana Integriti’ 2022 event here today.

Despite that, he proposed for the Sarawak government to look into procurement and power abuse issues.

Azam pointed out that some public officers probably do not understand the law, especially on power abuse.

In view of this, he said that he is going to get MACC Sarawak to roll out more education programmes to create a better understanding on the subject matter.

“I am going to mobilise my Sarawak state (MACC) to make more education programmes for Sarawak state officers and also to political parties to understand about this abuse of power issues,” he added.

Azam said he could see the good support given to MACC by the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.

“And we, MACC will support. Having the Integrity and Ombudsman Unit, and I think about 80 certified integrity officers – that shows the kind of initiative by Sarawak government to enhance the governance and integrity of public officers in Sarawak,” Azam added.
