There could be a deal among SD ,SC and ACG whereby SC reluctantly accepted the compound imposed by ACG on condition that the FFU be signed off by SC to be released ASAP . Hence , exit is provided to the long waiting aggrieved 64,000+++ investors,who should be appreciative of the efforts of all the said three parties.

For those who resigned from SC, I salute thee. I assume these resignations were related to the Serba Dinamik fiasco. Maybe I am wrong here and willing to be corrected.

Can I opine that the SC has been doing with all its might to do justice to this issue. However, many barriers and difficulties prevented this regulatory body from doing what it thinks is right. Once again, maybe the whole story is different from this too.

Thats why I say SD would not be able to be off the hook again in the winding order petitioned by the legitimate secured creditors who have jointly exercised their legitimate rights. Another onslaughts are expected to arise leading to more depression of share price....

Winding up Petition filed would mean the Default had cross the CA1 and CA2 and beyond negotiations. Proof of Debts filed together with Petition and the Crystalization of Charges in Escrows are the RIGHTS of the Lenders/Bankers.

No criminal charge was pressed by ACG as initially agreed with SC , only the choice of compound was left to SC ,who reluctantly accepted this option , which was " indirectly and impliedly preferred and created" by ACG.

Minority shareholders are punished when shares cannot be treated. The crime committed is buying shares approved by SC and Bursa? Lifting suspension us performing justice. In this case, certain people should be restricted from selling for at least 1 week.

Apparently , no one is allowed to buy SD by all the security houses. What it can be translated into is that no demand for its shares upon lifting of suspension on the 9th onwards. It is expected to plummet one way street all along and exodus is hugely expected.

Meanwhile, SDIT will continue its collaboration with Stanford University in enhancing its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities in robotics.

“This technical input will augment greatly its existing AI tech elements for our in-house apps. Over the years, SDIT has managed to progress rapidly in its knowledge and capabilities in frontier technologies within the Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0 space and it is high time to execute this initiative globally.
