Brent oil USD 87.88 now, gonna break USD 88 very soon! Haha!

James_Bond

Brent oil USD 87.90 now, gonna break USD 88 very soon! Haha!

James_Bond

Yes, Brent oil USD 88.17now! Haha!

James_Bond

Brent oil all the way to USD 90 soon, then USD 100 and beyond!

James_Bond

Buying hibiscus is going big or going home! We all know how Benjamin Netanyahu behaving all these while…

kahhoeng

Truth, Hibiscus doesn't need brent to go above USD 90. Most of Hibiscus oil is Tapis, and Tapis is 7-10 above brent's. Hibiscus has shown to make 100 million a quarter with realized oil price of 90. At current oil price, Hibiscus should be able to make 450 million annually easily, unless for writing off some investments. Hibiscus needs to lower the investment to improve dividend payout. Current payout ratio is simply too low and investment too aggressive for some investors to invest in Hibiscus.

Marvelous! Brent oil USD 88.51! Haha! Very soon will go beyond USD 90! Tell you what, we expect more energy consumption with the mushrooming of data centers in keeping with the AI megatrend! Why? You need to keep the data center cooler to ensure optimal performance. Cheers!

Oxy petroleum that Warren Buffet is holding now with PE of 17+, hibiscus with ROE >10 but PE only less then 5!

Six6thsense

No worry. Just pattern more than badminton.

James_Bond

Hv you been and stay in data center? Tell you what, it is very cooling inside due to functioning air conditioners, otherwise, it will be very hot that no one want to go inside!

James_Bond

That’s why data centers need lots of energy consumption. Smart investors, you should know how high the Brent oil will go in the future in addition to the unsettled Middle East and Ukraine Russia conflicts, of course, the ever-rising global temperatures!

James_Bond

Data center is useless without energy! Brent oil is one of the main keys to power the data center!

James_Bond

Why nvdia choosing YTL Power to set up data centers? Because these data centers need constant supply of electricity!

James_Bond

Electricity coming from where? Mainly from Brent oil or natural gas, small amount from solar energy!

James_Bond

Try to stop Brent oil and natural gas supply and see what will happen? All constructions for data centers could not proceed and existing data centers also can’t function due to lack of electricity!

James_Bond

US crude oil stockpiles are declining meaning that current supply of crude oil is very tight and not enough!

James_Bond

Holding hibiscus share with PE 4+, ROE 15-20% (growing higher with more expensive crude oil price) company is the safest!

James_Bond

Not to forget hibiscus NTA 3.56!

James_Bond

Many investors chasing high for AI or data center related company… actually the best of all is holding crude oil company, without which, data centers could not run and are useless. That’s why Warren Buffet bought Occidental Petroleum shares!

James_Bond

Warren Buffet would not increase his stake on occidental petroleum if he could not see high crude oil price translating to massive profits to the company and hence higher share price!

James_Bond

When foreign funds flooding to KLSE, you will not be able to grab hibiscus below 3 anymore…

James_Bond

Assuming hibiscus able to sustain EPS 12+ per quarter, and calculated forward PE of 17 (same as occidental petroleum), hibiscus should be pricing at 8.5, not 2.75.

Looks like Bro Azoff hv sold off hibiscus and yet to buy back, now unhappy that I bought up and making hibiscus shares more expensive than his selling price… Bro Azoff, don’t worry, I gonna dispose all my hibiscus tomorrow… good luck…

kahhoeng

Err... not to Tradingeconomics, brent was slightly below 88 at 5:00 pm yesterday Malaysia time, and above 88 at 5pm today

kahhoeng

https://www.aip.com.au/pricing/international-prices/international-market-watch

And according to above, Tapis trades above 94 most of the time in April and Brent mostly above 88

Six6thsense

70 or 80 or 90 or 100 Whatever. There is only 1 direction which is UP.

Six6thsense

The question is when.

NinjaInPyjamas

It wil probably move when you least expected. Again, its useless to focus on OIL PRICE. You rather buy futures if want to earn from oil price movement. E & P companies are valued on production PROMISES & barrels SOLD, cashflow, dividend payback and sometimes share buybacks.

kahhoeng

Useless? So, Hibiscus is not selling oil but water?

EliteYY69

Hibiscus just need some time for rest. Chill guys, we not come here to flame each other.

James_Bond

Exactly, well said Elite!
