Kuok Brothers has fully converted its Techbond warrants. Now, it is holding 116.4m share @ average cost RM0.42.
Earlier on, SonicBond (controlled by MD Lee Seng Thye), the largest shareholder has also fully converted its warrants.
Together, they are currently controlling 69.1% (59.4% on full warrant conversion) of total outstanding share.
