China may jz buy local Shell Refinery n turn it into storage space

The Saudi must do what it is doing and do it now else in a few years time it will have to deal wit the oil frakers in the form of Fortune 500 companies Fancy seeing frakers giants with like Eagle Basin Frakers rivalling ExxonMobil in size

Simply put if Saudi reduces 1m barrels per day that reductions will be filled up 1.2m barrels per day by the oil frakers as the latter become more confident that the final victory belongs to them

Anyway the Saudi's thinking is that even if it reduce production others will fill the void ie Saudi knows it is not in the position to set oil prices anymore and reducing its output will only make it losing market share

Yes but the rest of the oil producers will die earlier and the last one standing will be king again and by then the oil frakers would hv learned their leassons.

Nobody is saying the Saudi's plan is a long term one that will last 10 to 20 years but for 2 to 3 years but I reckon the impact will be felt maybe for at least 5 years.

Due to oil producers continue to pump despite the glut oil inventory probably has built up to 2 or 3 times annual consumption that means even if everyone stop to produce any oil from now it will still 2 to 3 years to use up current inventory.. so how can oil prices go up??

Saudi will b the last one standing for sure. Remember it is its plan and it has cheap cost.

As a warrant price moves in tandem with the mother shares, volume only becomes a concern to you when the issuer has fully sold out its shares.
