base on some simple facts.

1. i presume cpo price is going to run wild due to low stock piles. evidence is in LC CHONGs christmas present.
2. if u had studied his excel presententation, the most attractive would be sop and hsplant, for me at least. Reason? ffb yield is 18.57 and 21.89. a little above the average of 16.89 in the industry. oil extraction rate is 19.46% and 22%. (btw hsplant has very high profit margin, averaging 23 per year, i dont know why...)
3. They generated averaging 135 mil averaging 6 years of cash, latest FY generated 356 mil in just 3 quarters.
4. cash increase from, 440 mil to 560 mil. debt to equity decrease from 1.02 to 0.9, no big loans incurred, repaid alot of it.
5. EPS decreased YOY but increased alot QOQ. I presume next year result will be better than this year.
6. stock price not running (at the moment when this competition started).

Dont ask me why i didnt choose hsplant.. i had to choose between the 2 of them.. maybe because its stock price is all time high that made me picked SOP? just those feelings u get la haha..

a super enormous gain in 7 years plus dividends.. congrats!

I did not state that lower NTA is better, nor did i say higher NTA is good.
What i really meant is the fact that prolexus really did poorly this quarter. can u deny that? Revenue was lower, cash yield was lower, probably because of lower orders for some reasons.
The only bright thing is that the margin profit is higher thats all. It is of course still a good company as
FOREX is higher now
Vietnam expansion
Mill setup will definitely decrease the cost and hence margin will increase further.
in the mean time, share price will drop and its up to u to whether see it as an opportunity or a reason to take profit/cut lost.

The best thing for this stock is, that its expansion story is just beginning! wait till its thai subsidiary listed!

this stock is not about its net profit. its about its cash flow. right now they are generating 38m for 3 quarters with 11m as receivables. full year i expect it to be more than 50m. that would make its yield be 15% at current price. Cash in hand of 66 million and having a net cash of 59 million is it bonus. this stock is just way too cheap. it is at least 37 cents giving it 488 m market cap.
