Thanks for info. Just to add, for any new RCPS issued, the new conversion price will not be the same as previous batch of RM0.48 per share. It will be based on the average mkt price at point of new RCPS issuance plus a premium for the share conversion option.

Jasonn Profit from this deal will start effective from 1st Jan 2021 although the deal estimated to be closed on end 2021. The profit will then be used to part fund the deal. This is what we called accrued economic benefit.

When you are confused. Go back to the fundamentals. How is business for Supermax? What is the estimated future profit growth? Is the Topglove US customs issue beneficial or bad for Supermax business ?

After these few days, weak holders will be cleared. Base for next uptrend will be formed.

News is bad for Topglove in the short term, but good for other manufacturers with access to US mkt. With less supply in a market experiencing shortage, US ASPs for gloves will have to increase.

Disappointed with the results. Was expecting profit for 1st Qtr. However, the MD told us not to look at ST but look at the medium to long term horizon.
This qtr result does not include the mouse sales for customer A due to delivery lead time but will be captured in next qtr results.
They are bullish on Salute's future and over the last quarter have hired 20 to 30 additional engineers to bring the engineers headcount to around 50 to cater for the incoming and potential future business.
