Serious Investor may wish to download from bursa the Abridge prospectus dated 16jun pdf of Vsolar. As I understand it, The minimum scenerio for subscription of number of RI is 273mil RI, max scenerio is 1.32b. Yesterday, 260mil RI changed hand, today 40mil, so total 300mil RI, and the minimum scenerio of Vsolar's goal is achieved, assuming people who bought these RI will subscribe.

Anyone knows where can i get the EGM notes or MoM?if there are any alternative or diversification of Vsolar business aside from Biomass plant from the EGM? It seem all dependence if they win the Biomass plant bid. If they did not win, it is good to know there are alternative to bring in the revenue.

They did not bid for biomass plant. INDEED They plan to build biomass PLANT. THE Only point is whether Seda approved it or get a good Fit rates from govt that would determine its revenues. Apart from that they tend to bid for lss3 project and most likely could win it. Watch it out, never say never.

Prince, I looked through the long prospectus, but didn't find any calculation that 310 acres of land for cultivation of sorghum is enough. Also no calculation comparing biomass and solar. Anyway, I plan to take some risk to support Vsolar by subscribing to the RI.

Peace99, very clearly vsolar highly depends on tech expertise from others. They r highly involved only on the financial aspects of the project. Management. That's it. For tech, they need players like Rangkaian Iztizam and KrU. For lss3, they need player from mattan. Mattan is related to TNB. TNB is related to fintec. Permaju is related to fintec. Fintec, Permaju both related. Vsolar, fintec, Permaju somehow linked with each other. Plus tech engineer from mattan. Mattan pulak want to be listed in bursa in few more years. Something is there, of course is a speculation. Don't forget credit suisse still a substantial shareholder. Just two sense. Not buy call.
