if they decide to privatize, the share price will only floating around 1.6 so that minority will accept their offer.
if the plan is sell pos, once some party accumulate enough, it will fly to 3
if neither one has ouccur, it still will shine next year
contra player only will lose on this counter.

MMC price float around 1.05 before June 2021. Insider make it to 1.3 before the privatization news out, and limit up to 1.69 and than 1.8. Just buy and hold , dont get wash. Contra hard to make gains in privatization.
