POS Q4 loss 98m eps -12.57 share price down 0.02 or around 3 %
DRB Q4 loss 100m, eps -5.18 , share price down 0.17 or around 9%

so , those buy because of potential privatization is now panic selling because of the impairment loss that could be written back in future?
Poor result is normal for making a cheaper privatization . which means , privitization is coming soon. They cant make another impairment loss for next Q. Anyhow thanks for the cheap tickets.

The quarterly loss was mainly due to impairment on assets in certain subsidiary companies amounting to RM176.5m. Without the impairment on assets, this quarter is profit making.

私有化之前，先踩一踩。给朋党捞。收购价也便宜一点。
Impairment lost以后是可以变回gains的。
只可怜那些韭菜。买因为看到公司有前景，还可能私有化。
公司前景依然很好，私有化还在。 却被割韭菜。

I know everyone is so excited about privatization, however would that finally come true? I think DRB is a political stock which warrants to study from political aspect.
We all shd know that when AI became the PM, the 1st knife was on botak Syed. Botak was asked to fork out 20mil to help the padi farmers. Why? Botak privatized the Bernas & made tonnes of $$ through the monopoly biz. Politicians in the Inner circle know about it.
Now, given the bright future of the Proton biz and it's the gem of the whole DRB group, how will AI look into the privatization deal?
I don't know, but any feedback?

share price just drop a bit. Why this loss of 100 M (which due to impairment that can be written back as gain in future) cause the share price to drop so much?

Last quarter results very bad.

Core Net Profit mere RM100k in Q4 2022, dragged by lower sales volume, deteriorated margins affected by supply chain issues and higher input cost (by HLIB Research).

I will wait for it to drop further before collecting back.
