@TheCon , i did a check on the top3, 1 and 3 was reported wrongly...the book value stated was wrong. Number 2 is heavy on NCA. Can't believe Focus will post this kind of article....but then again...star also can post wrongly that Insas has 1B in net cash...downgrading their credibility in my view

Anyone can explain to me what is the big deal with BONUS ISSUE? Does it in anyway increase the value for shareholders? (If Nestle did it, I would understand the hype)

Whenever bonus issue announcement...always the price with drop first...and after bonus issue deposited, the price with hike..
This is the similar trend in bursa..eg Ekovest, KPJ etc..
Seriously i don’t know the reason :(

Bonus issue is similar to share split. Basically generate more share to give to investor but the base business is the same.

So, the share price will sure go down to keep the market cap same.

Whether future will hike again, is depend on business. There are many case, it won't as well. Sometimes, it is a sign that the company under pressure to pay dividend, but lack of cash. So, short term solution is to give bonus issue. No pain to the company and some investor happy and get hyped by it.

Inari price don't matter to Insas already.Only once Inari drop to the 5B Market Capitalisation then we can have discussion about the margin of safety again.
