The question to ask is here: Insas sold around 80 million of inari in the latest quarter.. however inari has just posted incredible results, why do you cut off your right hand? do you leave your faithful hardworking wife to give gifts to your mistress just because she is young and beautiful?

sigh. ALL TIME HIGH results.... and you SELL? What are they buying instead? They sell stock, and they raise money from investors... WHY?

The correct question to ask is this: Sell INARI and buy WHAT? What is making money for them?
sengenics? oops loss money and sold. tribecar? nope lost money. Shares? Definitely losing a lot so need to cover some holes here and there.

Same story, new skin. Only those who are new to investing will think it is all fun and games and good to invest in.

Those who invested in INSAS for the last 3+ years? You ask them if they are making money or losing money.

I have hold since 2015. Insas has been selling Inari shares since then but I dont think its a big problem. As Inari shares keep appreciating, Insas will earn more from the sales.

Why I dont think it pose a problem is because Inari dividend is just a mere 4c for its RM2.xx price. Less than 2%. Although Inari shares keep appreciating, personally I think it is more of a over pricing than anything. Most tech stocks are over priced currently due to negative sentiment from Trump blocking out China but that could change anytime with a new leader. Once USA end trade wars with China, I wonder how will our local tech stocks fare.

A lot of business in tourism, airline, hotel, property, retail and F&B are all fighting for survival. Insas with so much cash in hand is an interesting time how Insas going to employ the cash.

With INSAS experience in brokerage and IPO advisory opportunity are always open for INSAS to buy and sell something and reap the big profit.

I can bet with Philip the sales of Sengenics will bring good profit in Q2 financial result.

Can you ask management how much sunk costs for sengenics and how much selling price? I am interested to know. Thanks.

And also, UM now status back to top 10 universities in Asia. So every dog has its day. Insas will also have a good quarter here and there, but why sell good assets with all time good results? I'm confused.

when u buy rm 20 million pchem shares ... does this transaction reflected in real share market ...if it does not reflected in share market .. how can this be REAL.
If u use only rm 2 k monopoli money, then your portfolio will be close to real. Because the rm2 k is small and neligible, but RM 20 million ?
Someone who sold rm 20 m shares to u will have rm 20 m real cash and could buy other counter and with rm 20 million real cash buying and selling will move other couter and other counter and other counter.
But in your case, using rm 20 m MONOPOLY money move nothing.

On Sengenics disposal some of the information I gathered:
Summa is a USD multi-billion private equity fund. Summa acquired from all passive investor including Insas, SBI and part shares from promoter. All sellers signed confidential agreement and not allowed to disclose sale consideration and key terms of the SPA and you can see from SBI’s announcement no sales consideration is disclosed. But as statutory requirement which buyer has no objection Insas will book the one off gain on disposal of Sengenics in Q2

On RI:
Insas had submitted the circular and explain why Insas proceed with Rights Issue when Insas raise RM 100+ million from sale of Inari shares. Hope Bursa will approve the circular after final venting in a week time before sending the circular for printing.

BURSA checks to make sure all disclosure is done properly and laws are complied with including moral laws against society.

Shareholders approve Circular => sure approved already otherwise Thong Feller will look silly.
