Japanese Brokerage Nomura noted yesterday,

"We expect Malaysia to attract more visitors over the next 12 months, especially for shopping, on account of a weak and weakening ringgit, and relative attractive pricing of goods and services."

Nomura surveyed 10 items, from accommodation to entertainment in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo & Kuala Lumpur and found prices in Malaysian capital to be 10 to 20 per cent lower than those in other places for comparable goods and services

In malaysia , you don't bloody apply fundamental analysis to invest in share market , you apply "conman-mental" analysis !
So many undervalue company if the conman behind manipulating and keep pressing it down to wallop minority and shake them off to sell cheap to them, you will be screwed until want to cry also no tears !! Later they will even offer dirt cheap price to take it private at the expense of minority !
I think this is happening to BJ Corp at the moment !
Even the profit annouced to be 1 billion next week, don't go mad wondering why the price can even go down further ! Or if CFO / auditor suddenly resigns, then we all need to run for our life !!
Remember what happen to MOL in US ?
Expect the unexpectable !

There have 9,794,902,878 units of BJCorp-LC, convert in to BJCorp, If BJCorp have 4,151,707,420, it will dilute current BJCorp value per share, that is why less put in money already, really study not enough.

BJCorp-LC current price is RM0.205, Before Maturity Date 30/10/2015, using 2BJCorp-LC convert to 1BJCorp better then 1BJCorp-LC+RM0.50, so, not benefit to BJCorp currently.
