FY 30-4-14 - (160m) (mainly due to impairment of goodwill 186m )

FY 30-4-12 - 302m (mainly due to gain on disposal of subsidiary 310m )

It seems that BJCorpse will only make good profit when disposing companies or as a result of dilution in its controlling stakes.

BJCorp is a holding company like use, buy BJToto,BJAsset, etc, The difference is they can control or have the right to ask BJToto, BJAuto how to do, and we don't have.
If BJCorp cannot selling company or revalue they asset to get profit, how they make profit?
Goreng what BJCorp have and sell it off in high price, buy it back when it low, and BJCorp still control BJToto, BJFood lah.

BJCorp Group need more goreng, the trading volume compare to previous is high ( few millions share per day), but we need more then 20 millions.
This share danger or not? sure danger lah, VT mah, but RM0.42 drop to RM0 compare to RM0.42 to RM1.26, which one is bigger opportunity? How you go to evaluate this risk?

kikiki....BJCorpse disposed one piece of land 10,726 acres for RM 743 million and made a profit of 148 million. It seems a good deal by unlocking the assets of the company. To be honest, this piece of agriculture land was purchase on 18 Nov 1998 for RM 391.5 million. They pumped in RM 116.3 million to convert 3,000 hectare rubber land into palm oil plantation. In the end, BJcorp earned 29% profit from the disposal. What the hack of pocketing a peanut through investing a land for almost 20 years....pathetic or not? How much would you have earned if you sold a piece of land in KL acquired 20 years ago? kikiki

Already have 6 weeks of distribution and price has moved down 3 or 4 cents in the last 3 weeks. A sudden sharp drop in price, if it happens next week, can prompt punters n short term speculators to cut their losses especially if the drop is sustained over a number of days.
