KLSE Disclosure rules dictate that quarterly results must be announced publicly within the 2 calendar months following the close date of each financial quarter.

Of course, qtr results must be announced within 2 months after the closing date of each quarter. Other than the 4th qtr result, the CFO doesn't has much pressure to make sure everything is in an order manner before the announcement.

GST is value added tax and the multi-stage tax is refer to tax on the value added portion. Hope you are clear on this. In Thailand, their rate is 7% and country in Africa like Tanzania is 18%.
