BJCorp financing cost for FY2014 and FY 2013 are 344 mil and 316 mil respectively. So long that its paring down debt by selling non-core assets, the reduced debt itself would have contributed tremendously towards its profits, which are -166 mil and 74 mil for FY 2014 and FY2013.

For every 1 billion in cash raised, there is a cost saving of 55 mil (at least) and so far it has sold over 1 billion of asset.

I remember its shares prices also playing similar rubber movement in 2006-2007... ie..0.16 to 0.25... jump to 0.42 and drop bak to 0.26... but those who held it patiently at last was the winner... when it jumped from 0.26 to 1.02 in just 5 trading days... The reason given...was a bit ridiculous.. ie... GOLDMAN becomes substantial shareholder of it with the total held shares approx. 13%!... wuahahaha... Tan Sri, Tan Sri... Chinese say : 神出鬼没。。this is our 3395 major stakeholder.. :)

all i could say is be a bit more patient on this counter.
Target price 0.550 and cut lost will be 0.50.

This is what we could do at this moment, this counter does look attractive which got high potential up trend and huge gain.....but dont know what is VT's mind..

In last few months news, Tan Sri raised up tht he has submitted the application for 2nd Casino Licences of Malaysia in the Berjaya Hills Resorts. If Bjcorp secures the licences, it plans to employ 10,000 staff. Hope it will happen, perhaps it is sure having many objections from the public..

can't time the market, buy when nobody want. When everybody want it, don't think it will be your turn to buy. Maybe this is those stock you keep on accumulating bit by bit with your monthly salary. Once fine day it shoot up to RM1 or 2 and suddenly you will realise .....OMG...you have accumulated 500 lots.

Asked youself, how many times you managed to jump in during uptrend? If most of the time, congrats. I can't. I used to hold KSL, Pbbank and etc all has jump over 100% over the years but some sold too early. No cry also no tear. But of course i don't denied i bought into losing stk as well like mudajaya :( . Anyway, bjcorp is all yr low. Don't think it will go bankrupt. If it does, then by selling all the asset will make the shareholder rich.
SImple maths. If i park the the same amount in bank for 5 yrs, i earn total 15-18% deposit. If within 5 yrs this stock don't double from current price, then this stock is impotent le.
Of course this calculation is assuming i don't have any other investment opportunity.

titus, i like your thought and sharing.
I believe many of us just dont have patient on this counter or any stock investment.
Everyday keep monitoring the price and pray it going up like rocket. haha.
i would say this is really mentally torturing when the stock is moving average or down trend.

I like the ideal of buy on installment which would mean borrow to buy stock.
If you able to get a credit card or personal loan for 3 to 6% per annual, would be a good deal.
then invest into this counter and hold it till reach your target price eg RM0.80 to RM1.00.

Many people when hearing borrow money for investment...will immediately response "Are you crazy".
Let me ask you, what is the different if you get a loan for a nice car? for a latest smartphone/laptop? and so on? People is living in the loan and the different is between good debt and bad debt.

But it's extremely dangerous idea if you miss used and not management it carefully.

sparroking, call cimb credit cards, they will offer you 3 years annualized personal loan of around 5-6%. But you can get at cheaper cost if you use margin for trading stocks...

Oh, no need to refer to price? 2 icul equal to 1 mother share? If 2 icul = 5.3, but mother share is 0.7, still can change? I din tell to the dealer which share. =3=.. or if mother share 0.7, sure icul is worth 0.35?
