Yeah all these salesmen have literacy defect. They may be pretentious to be ignorance or they are born with defective reading ability. ;) btw if salesmen don’t hard sale, they are not salesmen. ;)
一輩子真的好短,有多少人說好要過一輩子,可走著走著就剩下了曾經。 Life is short, many people promise to live a good and purposeful life but as time goes by we never really get down doing it and before long it will be too late.
eh..today got people try to brainwash me...they say only tis GE14 got chance opppoooo can win. next GE no more chance bcoz only tis GE got old hero help....kakakaka....
To me God is almighty n he can remove any government be wants, when Hilter was too much,he came to his drastic end, when Alexander the great was too much,he died suddenly n all his children perished n his kingdom came to an end. When Lim Piano n the gang of four was too much, his plane was missiled down n the rest arrested, executed.God is watching you all closely so just be careful of what you are doing.
1. The World War II generation was settling down. When the war ended, soldiers came home, went to college, got mar- ried, and had kids. By the 1950s a housing and baby boom was on. 2. The first credit card was introduced in 1951, and shop- ping became a national sport. With the advent of the suburbs, shopping centers sprang up like weeds. 3. Interstate highways were built, and the auto industry boomed. Drive-ins became the place where kids hung out, and the fast-food industry was born. In 1953, McDonald’s began franchising and became the shining star of the new fast-food industry. 4. Television became a national phenomenon, and the baby boomers were the first generation raised by TV. Enter- tainment came to life on The Ed Sullivan Show, and sports stars became the new mega-rich. Advertising took on a whole new dimension in people’s daily lives. 5. Boeing introduced the 707, and the jet age arrived. Be- ing a pilot or a flight attendant suddenly became a glamour job. Larger airports were built to accommodate increased de- mand for air travel, and mega-airports became an industry unto themselves. Hotels and destination resorts sprang up to meet the demand of road-weary travelers, and tourism thrived. My rich dad became very rich as lower fares and faster travel brought tourists to Hawaii. 6. Workers could expect company pensions and healthcare for life. Without the expense of retirement savings and health- care premiums, workers could spend money more freely. 7. China was a poor communist country. 8. America was the new financial and military power.
After 2017
1. Baby boomers are retiring and beginning to collect Social Security and Medicare alongside their World War II–generation parents. 2. The suburbs are ground zero for the subprime mess. As suburbs struggle, major shopping centers face trouble and re- tailers close their doors while online shopping is taking off. 3. Our highways and bridges are in need of major repair. The auto industry is dying and outdated. An old saying goes, “As GM goes, so goes the nation.” That saying is truer today than ever. 4. Television networks are losing advertisers—many of which are leaving for the web. 5. Major airlines such as Pan American are history, and gi- ants such as United Airlines are on life support. Today, people can sit at their desk and visit with people all over the world via the Internet. 6. People are living longer, but many are overweight and in poor health. Diabetes is the new cancer, and our medical system is going broke. The high cost of healthcare is causing many businesses to close, which costs more jobs. 7. Pension plans are going broke. Few workers have com- pany pensions or healthcare coverage after they retire. This will be a disaster for government programs as 78 million baby boomers become dependent upon America’s Medicare and Social Security systems. 8. China will soon be the richest country on earth. China is now asking that the U.S. dollar no longer be the reserve cur- rency of the world. If that happens, America is toast. 9. America is now the biggest debtor nation on earth, and its military is overextended.
Currently we are not living in paradise conditioned earth with imperfection in health, economic, social, religious systems. When we reach perfection death will be no more n everlasting life is ensured.
liew chin tong's fate depends on you guys. He is fighting MCA's wks in ayer hitam and is really a suicidal quest. If there's not tsunami, he is assured of defeat. If he win ayer hitam, that means the malay tsunami is very strong, if defeated, then it isn't a tsunami. So ayer hitam will be a gauge how strong the tsunami is. Is an uphill task for him.
If you’re looking for more reinforcement that electric cars are here to stay, look no further than Asia’s fifth-richest man, Li Ka-shing, the Hong Kong businessman affectionately referred to as “Superman” by local media, is invested in two electric vehicle makers.
The investments pit Superman vs. Iron Man for supremacy in the growing Chinese EV market. While Musk’s Tesla Inc. may dominate the higher end of that market, Li has opted for a varied approach. He’s invested in We Solutions Ltd., formerly known as O Luxe Holdings Ltd., a company that last year acquired the Japanese electric sports car maker GLM Co. He also owns shares of FDG Electric Vehicles Ltd., a Chinese maker of electric vans and buses.
The 89-year-old billionaire is invested in We Solutions through Ocean Dynasty Investments Ltd., while he holds about $35 million in FDG shares.
The two investments give Li exposure to the fun and utilitarian sides of a market that’s primed for growth—the Chinese government has vowed to end the production and sales of fossil fuel-powered vehicles in the country (no date given).
Ocean Dynasty’s investment in We Solutions has recently fared better than Li’s own investment in FDG. We Solutions is down 1.26 percent this year to April 25, while FDG has lost more than 24 percent in the same period.
